"This hotel had the worst Wi-Fi of any hotel I’ve been to. It would work for 10 minutes and turn off and I would have to reset my device and it would work for 20 minutes and turn off and it did this for four hours that I was there."

"The resort is old and worn out and could use a complete makeover. The potential is there. The pool area was nice just worn. The air conditioning was not turned on yet when we were there at the end of April even though it was 25 c in the room. The signage was poor to get around. "

"Average hotel in every aspect: Amenity- hotel was an old building with recent renovations, though the soundproofing is terribly poor. We were on 2nd floor and all the sounds made by the guest on the 3rd floor can be heard very clearly. Cleanliness - the Keurig coffee maker has the "Descale" light on, it seems it never gets descaled. Staff - I waited for 5 minutes at the front when checking in, and they refused to offer any connecting rooms or even put us on the same floor. "
