「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.」

「A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . Host was very nice 」

「We loved this place and really can't fault it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, we arrived an hour early but we were able to check in. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless. The mini kitchen was great and the shower was really good. We loved the area too, it was a bit of a walk into the centre, but there is a really regular but service. The area was really smart and had a real village feel, with loads of good restaurants all around. If we return to Bergamo we would definitely...
