「The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay...

My room was clean and comfortable, and had an outstanding sea view. Breakfast with a sea‑view terrace is a highlight, and overall the hotel provides good value for money. In my view it is best suited for travellers seeking relaxation rather than nightlife, thanks to its quiet, scenic location.」

「The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment.」

「Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.」
