"Had an unauthorized debit to my card first attempt was 250 which failed then he did 50. After I had checked in over an hour after I checked in this could have placed me in a bind no for warning nothing"

"Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."

"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was great, but it did smell very strongly of marijuana and there was no coffee pot in the room even though all the pictures on the site showed them in the kitchen area. Other than that it was great."

"The location was great and very easy to park and access. All the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell it’s an older hotel so there is some visible wear and tear in the rooms. But overall, a comfortable stay. "

"The hot water wasn’t working in the entire building staff told me 10 times, it’ll be ready in 5 mins. Never happened. There’s a lot of better options without having to deal with this one "
