「 This was not just a castle BnB, this was a real authentic experience back in time. We were warmly welcomed by the Baroness Nicola and her husband and were instantly brought back in time. The Castle was beautifully decorated. We had a very large room with a 4 poster bed and a large bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Did not eat at the hotel as we had been referred to a "locals" restaurant. To be honest, the "cozy" double room was a bit small. Felt a bit claustrophobic. But it was a nice space. 「We stayed three nights at the Hotel Square in Tomintoul. Although this is an older facility which could use a few updates to rugs, curtains, etc., we were very happy there. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfortable and the rooms are large and supplied with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good!
