Nothing like the photos. Bathroom and bedding akin to hostel standards. Kitchen dirty with cobwebs in corners. It is not an apartment but a unit insde an operating Seniors Nursing Home. Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience

Accueil parfait... peut rebuter certaines personnes car c'est une résidence de personnes ågées alors que les photos ne le montrent pas mais c était parfait pour une nuit d autant que le tram n était qu à 10 minutes à pied, idéal pour aller à notre spectacle

Un hôtel confortable, mais avec quelques surprises

L'établissement est propre, spacieux et dispose d’une belle terrasse agréable. Les chambres sont confortables, offrant un bon niveau de commodité. Cependant, il est important de noter que cet hôtel semble avant tout être une maison de retraite qui accueille également des voyageurs, ce qui peut surprendre. De plus, la réception 24h/24 annoncée n'est pas respectée. À certaines heures, il est difficile, voire impossible, de trouver quelqu'un à l'accueil, ce qui peut poser problème en cas de besoin. Un point à améliorer pour garantir un service à la hauteur des attentes des clients.

Cet établissement n’est pas un hôtel, comme le souligne très bien l’accueil à l’arrivé. Toutefois, cela n’est pas indiqué sur la description de l’hébergement. Il s’agit d’une résidence autonome pour seniors ! Le petit déjeuner est donc à partager avec les résidents et il n’est pas possible de le prendre en chambre comme le suggèrent les photos. Une taxe pour le chien nous a été facturée à l’arrivée alors que c’était indiqué comme étant gratuit au moment de la réservation. Il n’est pas possible de payer les taxes en carte bleue. Il n’est possible que de payer en espèce alors que la description indiquait qu’il était possible de payer en carte bleue. Enfin, l’appartement était convenable. Toutefois, il y a quand même une odeur particulière et la machine à café était inutilisable puisqu’il y avait un filtre fossilisé à l’intérieur.

Marché de Noël

Établissement très calme et agréable. Pas de parking à proprement dit mais il y a suffisamment de place devant l’établissement pour que ce ne soit pas un problème. Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un bon hébergement.
