"The location of the property is quite remote but we knew this when we booked. Perfect tranquility! It is on the edge of a small village which is near to a small town with a direct rail link into. The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. "There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. "

"The room was very good, but i thought the bathroom is in the room, which wasnt, on the quadriple room that i reserved was mentioned Bathroom, which makes you think its in the room, but hnfortunately it was outside. Not a big of a deal, since we stayed just one night. Otherwise, the breakfast was very very good. "

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."
