"There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. "I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
