「The room was super clean,convenient. Had everything needed super close to the lake. Seeing in person was even than online. The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely come back A+++++」

「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「Pictures on line when you book make it look like you are booking a new modern contemporary condo. In fact the condo was built in the 70’s and everything inside was old and mismatched. Again, it was clean, but my lower rating is due to the misleading pictures 」

「Property could use an update. Mattresses were lumpy and carpet was stained and dirty. The property wasn’t super clean. Cobwebs on the balcony and inside smelled musty and dank. Other than that, it was good 」

「Pleasant accommodation, decor slightly aged, but clean and working. Short walk to incline beach. Only downside despite asking we were not given the code to the swimming pool and spa area, nor given a parking permit that is required. thankfully another guest provided entry to the pool.」

「The positive: view was amazing, we had everything we needed to cook. Large fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes & flatware. Negatives: although the finishes were nice, slate and granite, the condo is showing age. Carpet had visible stains, hole in the wall in main area, wallboard in upstairs bathroom is bubbling. Beds not very comfortable. Fairly clean, I noticed things left under the couches (a ping pong ball and bottle cap) Although I’d return, I might look for a different unit...
