"When we were unloading our vehicle my daughter stepped on an inground utility box and the cover gave way and she fell in getting soaked and twisting her knee. The staff did nothing but say they would get maintenance on it. Hours later I went back outside and it was still an open hole right next to parking spaces. This was dangerous and very unprofessional. "

"Beautiful property, kind staff. Loved having room service and breakfast on property. Not a 5 star due to a long wait at check in. We arrived at 4pm, they appeared to have a difficult reservation in front of us but since there was only one staff member for 15 mins we waited. Finally a second staff member got us checked in. We reserved a room with a terrace, it was beautiful but if you want any sleep at all, you can't have a windy night. We were shoving pieces of cardboard into the exterior door to help seal the door better so it wasn't howling inside. "
