Her reply was we don't have a hot tub and none of the websites show us us having one. However, Hotels.com does, and I informed the lady at the front desk. Too tired to think about booking somewhere else we made our way to our room. Upon opening the door, my travel mate commented upon the smell, musty and sour. Luckily, we brought air freshener with us, and so I set to freshening up the room. My travel mate went to go get us ice, and then discovered that the ice machine on the first floor, where we are and the second floor are broken. He had to go up to the third floor. We stayed here five months ago, and the machines were broken at that time too! I forgot that it was a less than optimal experience. But, in five months wouldn't you have fixed your ice machines? Hotels.com you need to do better. Fix your representation of this hotel in your site!"

"The room furniture was dusty. Tub was clean but hairdryer was not working. When cleaning the room in the morning they only fixed one bed, not both. There is not much light in the property and i believe it needs mayor updates, looks old. You barely see staff. Breakfast was ok but it can improve by adding eggs or sausage to the menu. First time in this Hotel but will not go back."

"We checked in and found out there was no running water and there would not be running water until morning. I feel like they could have at least offered some hand sanitizer/wipes and a couple bottled waters. Once the water came on around 6 a.m., there was no hot water. We never had hot water before we checked out. Several days later the hotel worked with hotels.com to compensate us for the inconvenience but it would have been nice to be given a heads up before check-in."
