Room was very clean and staff were lovely. The hotel is easy to access off the interstate but also a busy area for pets without a lot of grass areas. Hotel did keep the pet area clean and easy to access. Great spot to stay for the price.

Not bad, for what you pay. The mattress, pillows, and sheets were awesome. I slept well. Great hot water in the shower. There is a lot of road noise from the street, so I suggest that you turn the fan on, with the HVAC, to get some white noise. There are a lot of small maintenance issues that the management needs to fix - broken toilet seat, loose shower handle, broken weather-stripping on the door. The common area, where the stairs are, needs to be swept and mopped. The neon "vacancy" sign is broken. If management hires a repairman to fix all of these small issues, I would give this place 4 stars.

I stayed at this motel during a personal trip, and I had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was really convenient, and the room was nice and clean. I ended up needing to extend my stay by a day unexpectedly, and they made the whole process super easy and hassle-free.

The motel staff was very nice. The room was clean even though the drapes were old and the sink stopper didn't work. During a time with a tornado it was a good place to rest. It was pet friendly but there wasn't any shrubbery for the dogs to relieve the. It's all concrete.

The service was great. We checked in and the room was very clean and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when I need a place to stay around Rolla, Mo. the price was very reasonable as well.
