"Convenient to all shopping and eating. "

"Every single person at the desk and at valet were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was excellent. Valet was super quick and easy to use and all the workers were smiling at all times. Elevators were quick and we never had to wait. My only complaint was the breakfast. $15 for a “buffet” of cold eggs, cold potatoes, soggy pancakes, and a piece of sausage. Just go elsewhere for food. Other than that, this place was perfect. "

"Conveniently located for our needs. Easy access and helpful staff. Seems to have new room carpet but the furniture, while functional, was dated and, in some cases, in need of repairs/replacement. "

"The room was modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the area around the hotel is very nice as well. Room service was very prompt, and the food and drinks from The Parlour were great. We do wish the room had a smart TV, though."

"Overall room was good for sleeping, shower,restroom and keeping drinks cool in mini fridge. Going through renovations so it was kind of dirty. Floor molding was off, shower kept leaking, toilet was leaking on inside so it kept filling up every 20 minutes. I also had to kill a couple cockroaches too"
