"I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. After a 6-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 9 PM expecting a smooth check-in, but that was not the case. The front desk associate working the night shift was rude and showed no basic customer service. While I was waiting, he didn’t acknowledge me or say he would be with me shortly. When I was finally checked in, I was given keys to an occupied room. This is a serious safety concern—had the guest inside reacted differently, the situation could have escalated dangerously. I returned to the front desk, and instead of apologizing, I had to wait again while he assisted someone else. Afterward, I was given a second room, but the hallway smelled strongly of dirty diapers, and to make matters worse, that room was also occupied. At this point, I was extremely frustrated, as all I wanted was to rest after traveling. Only then did he apologize and assign me another room. I requested a quieter location away from a crying baby nearby, but he told me that was the only option. To top it off, he made an inappropriate comment suggesting I was being cheap and should stay at a higher-end hotel if I wasn’t satisfied. This entire experience was unacceptable—between the lack of professionalism, safety issues, and disrespectful behavior, I would not recommend staying here."

"No, breakfast. My room was ok, the carpet was lifting, and it almost seemed as the carpet had not been vacuumed. curtain in the living area was damaged. I noticed it when trying to pull the shade closed. "

"Stayed at the location 2 weeks prior to this stay and the water was cold. Gave them another try because of the staff and location. Stayed here again this time for 4 days and took cold showers the entire stay."

"Excellent property. All around wonderful. Only odd moment is when at their happy hour I went to get drinks for my wife and I but manager (not bartender) said couldn’t get two. Told her had two young children. Then she said Maybe I should get mine then go sit with kids and then she come up after I stay with kids was her comment. Think better just say policy one per person."

"The front desk in the host were very polite and helpful. The valet was not friendly at all. It was a waste of money for us to be charged without any information. Use garage parking is complementary. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear every single conversation that our neighbor was having. The room was cleaned and extremely dusty."
