「The service was excellent.」

「Ofrecen amenidades como piscina y al llegar al lugar no esta disponible, solicite un cambio y se negaron a hacerlo, pedi salir del hotel y se negaron a hacer un reembolso」

「My adult son and I were in the area for the NASCAR race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, about 30 miles away from the Surry Inn. The hotel was very accommodating to our late-night arrival. Our room was clean, quiet and perfect for our weekend stay. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Surry Inn and will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.」

「It was a Non-Smoker room. Room had musky, molding smell, the A/C unit was loud. The floor & baseboard were dirty along with the shower. The Breakfast Area had think dust & cobwebs over the waffle maker . Coffee was cold. My Family will not returrn in the future.」

「Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.」

「Cheap motel , no breakfast. Room smelled a bit but bedding was surprisingly nice. So we're all the cats outside. Have gotten a little particular in my years of travel so wouldn't recommend this place unless you just need a place to sleep while driving the Blue Ridge parkway」
