Overall, a good stay — the hotel is modern and comfortable enough for short or business trips. However, the rooms don’t have a fridge or coffee machine, which is a bit inconvenient for longer stays. Breakfast is fine, fairly standard with decent variety but nothing special. The biggest downside was housekeeping — after a full week, no one came to clean my room or refresh towels. A little more attention to basic upkeep would make the experience much better.

Exceptional Breakfast in Kista

Kista for business! This hotel is close to the offices and the galeria - a quick walk to the train station. All in all worthwhile but not the greatest hotel in the world - I should add its worth the money. Breakfast was execptional.

The staff was nothing like I’ve seen before. They were all so nice and accommodating. Anything you asked for they went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day. Personnel was not very nice when i told her that the ac was not working Ava the room was too hot. Overall very average service and the room feels like a regular motel or worse. Not worth the extra money expecting comfort or great service.

Servicen og personalet er søde nok, men jeg synes ikke, at hotellet lever op til den kvalitet, man kan forvente til prisen. Der er ingen aircondition, så det bliver meget varmt om natten. Hvis man åbner vinduerne, kommer der til gengæld en del støj fra biler og vejen, så det er heller ikke en god løsning. Saunaen var desuden ikke ordentligt rengjort – der var både snavs og skidt i saunaen og i bruseområdet. Alt i alt lever hotellet ikke op til forventningerne i forhold til prisen
