This BW is great for the money, with fantastic breakfast, both in quality and variety, at no additional charge. It is in a safe environment and is within walking distances to many attractions. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star is its guest room conditions. The standard room is as small as it can be, with a twin bed that does not feel stable. The bathroom is in a descent size, but the conditioner bottle was empty. Also the tissue box was not replaced once it became empty.

This hotel is in great location walking distance to old town or downtown area .variety of shops for shopping and dinning .the hotel itself is clean and quite .It's just that the rooms were small and hallways are so narrow .it's not easy to handle your luggage's. I'm from Canada and we are not used to small spaces .other than that everything else was perfect .friendly staff ,decent breakfast ,etc.

Sleep like royalty

Beds sooo comfortable. Problem with conditioner not squirting out and instead of fixing they left half filled bottle out. Not sure why. Sofia the night clerk was amazing. Upgraded me without asking when I arrived, gave me restaurant and shopping recommendations. Was just delightful to talk to!! Made me stay another 3 days based on her recommendations and believe that was wise choice.

Good: the personal was nice and the location was good. Bad: the rooms' windows look to an internal patio so there is not actual ventilation and you can hear the noise. The shower was bad. It was broken or something's splashing the bathroom as there was not a shower door. The worst part was the bed. It was a single bed with 2 soft mats/mattresses toppers instead of a proper mattress. It was weak and inestable making you slide to the sides. I spent the whole night trying to stay in the center of the single bed. Worse night and sleep. Unbelievable for a 4 star hotel.
