「Everything you could need for independent accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space with comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms and bathroom are a good size and are clean and tidy. The facility of the hot tub is amazing. Also only a 15min drive from Falmouth seafront. Overall, very well worth a stay here. 」

「This was our 2nd stay in this property and we feel it is showing signs of wear. The extractor fan switch in the bathroom is hanging off, the bath plug totally disintegrated, the mattress on the bottom bunk bed is really uncomfortable the springs can be seen as well as being felt. On the positive the property was clean with nice bedding and towels. Has a great selection of crockery, pans etc for self catering and we were able to enjoy the good weather sitting outside at the benches and table.」

「Lovely barn conversion! cottages have a very modern feel. Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. Owner Ian is very friendly and always happy to help if you need a hand with anything. Overall, lovely stay and would love to come back again!」
