「Nice place will come again」

「Whoever cleans this place deserve a rai$e. Sunoco and Pizza shop across the street. Everything was perfect really nice people... I will be back 」

Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale.」

「This is falsely advertised as a hotel it is not it is a half ass renovated motel my comforter had burn holes and they would not give me new linen my room tv tv stand saw broken the room smelled clean but that was about it not comfortable at all and I was traveling with my kids it was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable staying I checked in but never stayed in Ben one night I would like a refund this experience was horrible and a waste of my time any money 」

「My 4 day stay started out with an OMG!!! The first room I was offered, was a definite no!!! BUT… I went in and spoke to the lady, who was very nice, and she immediately switched my room! I was very pleased after that!!! 」

「Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. It was the first hot weekend of the summer, and the AC kept the room the perfect temperature, quietly. As for location, I've stayed in a few downtown Detroit hotels and I really enjoyed where this one was located.
