"Staff was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was very nice but needs to be shocked every week or after alot of swimmers have been in the pool! Absolutely loved valet, that was definitely a plus. And most of everything you wanna do in Chicago is right next to the hotel!!"

"The room was spotless, not to mention stunning and very comfortable. The staff were beyond kind and exceedingly helpful. The breakfast was honestly so good, I’ve never had a good hotel breakfast until Springhill Suites. Overall one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Will be coming back in the future 100%. I was reluctant to leave this review because I didn’t want others to find this amazing place, but it deserves this review! Totally ruined all other hotels for me. 10/10 stay. "

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"
