"This place was a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant and super friendly staff. Room was big and beautiful and when i asked to be moved to the first floor for easy access for me and my bike they happily obliged. All around lovely place would highly recommend. "

"Hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There is limited parking places, but the parking in front of the hotel is free. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They had a nice variety of things to choose from (bread, croissant, yogurt, crackers, fruit, etc). Our room was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Our kids slept in a separate room with 2 single beds and desk. Only negative point is drunk and loud people outside our window that kept us...

"Das Restaurant ist gemütlich. Gegessen habe ich dort nicht. Die Speisekarte und das was ich auf den Tellern gesehen habe machten einen soliden Eindruck. Das Zimmer war gut und Sauber, ich hatte allerdings einen recht üblen Kanalgeruch im Zimmer. Dies führt leider zu einer etwas schlechteren Bewertung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. "

"At first glance a very strange experience at what seemed an abandoned roadside hotel. After a couple of minutes we were greeted by the host though, and from here everything was smooth. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and freshly cooked meals. The facilities, facades and ‘restaurant’ for sure needs a good hand to be somewhat more presentable and inviting, as it gives you a feeling that the place has had its time of glory in the past. "Small, cheap and good place to stay"

"I just stayed one night. I had a nice stay. I really liked the garden with tables outside where you can sit and also bring your own food if you want. Only drawback I could notice is that no fridge was available in the room."

"It is a lovely hotel with all its spa facilities. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. However, it does not have a central bar area where you can just relax with a drink. I will stay there again next week but I will be looking for another option in the Friesland area."
