「I stayed at the "Guest Inn" 45 years ago while working in Springdale. The rooms are modernized including nice vinyl plank flooring. Great TV viewing with free HBO/Cinemax stations. 」

「The closeness to the University is unbeatable and the Razorback decor makes you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable if only to just sleep there. And if you go out to dinner, bring back any leftovers. Each room is equipped w/ a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the school. Woo Pig Sooie… Razorbacks!」

「Our only complaint was that we had difficulty with the website address using our GPS system. The hotel is not actually ON the street as advertised, and when notified that we had arrived, there was no hotel at that sight. Instead, it was tucked into the back of a large lot about 100 yards from the website address. Otherwise, the hallway on our floor needed vacuuming. But overall, a very nice stay. A Chili's was also adjacent to the hotel which made eating dinner that evening easy.」

「My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights of our honeymoon and it was clean, organized, and felt very homey. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future.」

「Very nice facility with friendly helpful staff. Smelled good. Comfy bed. Great, quiet location near lots of dining and shopping. Only cons, rooms are not at all sound proof. Heating unit had a hot, unpleasant smell. 」
