「The location and property were awesome! 4 dudes in a one bathroom wasn't the greatest but made it work. We parked at the parking garage around the corner the entire time we were there, and walked around everywhere. Cincinnati has a tram and bus that come around frequently, you can get around easily. Loved the property, very generous and had everything. It does however have stairs and I would say not handicap accessible.」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

「Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches.
