"Had some issues with our room not being ready 15 mins after checkin time, had to wait another 15 mins, then they tried to give me a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king bed, they tried to fix it but the King room wasn't ready still I had I had to wait another 20 mins. Once we got our room it was nice and clean, small but great location next to broadway theaters and times square. Would recommend others give it a shot."

"Horrible experience. Anything barely works the tv didn’t work it wasn’t even smart and there’s no WiFi there no signal no nothing. The sheets were dirty, the ac unit full of dust, the fridge in bad conditions didn’t cool… well worst experience not coming back ever."

"Didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave or coffeemaker. Asked for fridge and they brought one pretty quickly. No microwave which I disliked as we had gone to Carmines for lunch and wanted to heat the food up. Asked for coffee maker and it was brought up in a timely fashion. View of the Chrysler building was beautiful. Very quiet room"

"The photos of these rooms are misleading. The walls had marks and a hole. The bathroom was stained the bathtub had water underneath the tub that made it feel unsafe to stand in. Overall it just felt like false advertising for a room that was not cheap to book. The location is very good but their are other hotels in the same area so we will not book this location again. "
