"Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel. "

"Super cute cabin and lovely setting. Had some trouble with finding parking for a second vehicle — one staff person told me we had to go all the way to Kings Beach to park it, which was not very helpful. Aside from the parking issue it was a great place to stay."

The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. "This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"This is our second time staying at Edgelake and we love staying in these condos by the lake instead of a tiny hotel room. Relaxed home away from home style stays that help save money from eating out on vacation with the full kitchen. This unit was a little outdated and we couldn't control the temperature, which oddly enough meant we were to hot all night. Nothing wrong with the beds, per se, but not too my liking and I didn't sleep well. But it's literally on lake Tahoe and close to Northstar which check two big boxes for me in addition to a much more relaxing option than hotels. We will likely stay here again but would love to see a little upgrading. "
