"I book an appartement for 5 nights. The appartement as such was looking bad, but: - for 6 days nobody cleaned, changed the towels, if you want you need to pay extra; - you are even expected to bring the trush out - the place is noisy, you hear the neighbours, next door, up and down - bathroom amenities not perfectly working.
