"I travelled alone for business, stayed 5 nights, loved everything about the hotel. Not too far from the train station, which takes about 40-50 min to downtown Denver. I would have given a five-star for staff because nearly every staff I talked to were incredibly nice except the one blonde lady who I thought (I’m sure) was subtly rude and probably incompetent- I know them when I see one. The manager, Jonathan is a 10/10 manager and excellent in his role as a manager. The housekeeping staff are good. The only issue was the chaos at the breakfast in the atrium, always seem like the guys at the breakfast are short staffed and running from pillar to post, it could be better. I heard that will be resolved this April. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s got games room. "

"A/C kept turning off in the night and would not keep a consistent temperature. Also, it was loud. The front desk staff was amazing and the breakfast offerings were good. There are no restaurants within walking distance. "

"The stay was nice. Rooms were clean. BEWARE The sidewalk in the south side of the hotel has a trip hazard. I fell and had to go to the ER for a badly bruised my hip. It was reported to the front desk."

"Overall this is a solid, clean and comfortable hotel in a good location. Room was clean, bed very comfortable only problem was the air con which was centrally controlled. Cold for 3 nights, too warm last night. Breakfast was fresh and yummy! Just needs a few licks of paint and a well worth staying here visit. "
