I'm slid a piece of paper for another hotel nearby and they will take care of me. No ride provided, just walk to the other hotel with your bags in 85 degree heat, no we're sorry, we apologize, no call, email, text, or notification before my arrival at all. 「The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. 」
