"Only one lift working and it broke down we had to walk up to the 4th floor not good for two people in their late 70's, food was good ,staff pleasant, could be good if they ever get both lifts working ,could do with a good refurbishment, but we enjoyed Eastbourne, so many places to choose to eat ..."

"The room was incredibly dirty, the sheets were dirty, there were left over food wrappers on the desk from the last guest and the coffee tray had loads of open sachets - the bathroom was mouldy and the carpet had not be vaccumed."
