「We are having a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a small issue with our original room, and the team listened to our concerns. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a much better sea view and even helped move all of our luggage, which we really appreciated as we are travelling with a baby and a toddler. 「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. 「Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.」
