Our car battery died while we were there and the maintenance guy helped without hesitation to jump off the car so we could get it fixed. Recommend Napa auto parts in town and the garage behind it. Highly recommend this hotel since it’s just outside the downtown area, it’s quiet but not far to all the shops and ski lift area.」

「I was appalled! This hotel is away from the city with nothing around and they charge you $12 per night to park in their parking lot that needs resurfaced. This is a separate charge from booking. I did not see this requirement when I booked because it was shown in small printing on a separate page which in nothing more than their full intentions to deceive their customer with add-ons after booking. I couldn’t find another hotel in Steamboat Springs that had a parking charge. The breakfast...
