「it's a nice hotel, with a swimming pool.」

「The room was not clean. And the staff at check in were not very friendly. Not a horrible experience, but not great either. Also, parking was suppose to be free but they wanted to charge a parking fee. After discussion, they dropped that fee.」

「Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.」

「Our check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk clerk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was especially sweet to our little dog, which made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pet area was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our small dog.
