「I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked. 「Rabbit Ears is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! The parking lot lights were bright, but you’d never know, as the doorframe was lined with something to keep the light out, so the room stayed dark and sleep was uninterrupted. My room was a river view room, and it was very relaxing to sit and listen to the river while reading on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.」

「They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.」

「Large rooms. However breakfast was a major disappointment. It does not start until 8 am. A bigger issue was the stale food and very limited selections on day one, and nothing put out on day two.」
