「The check-in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Tea and coffee supplies were in the room and in the comfortable “library” on the ground floor. It is an interesting building that is close to shops and restaurants. 」

「Really enjoyed our overnight stay. The twin room was spacious, beds and pillows so comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. The initial problem with the heating was sorted out very quickly. We had our evening meal here, and can highly recommend the food. What really stands out at The Carpenters Arms, is the staff. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again 」
