"Hotel was nice and clean. Vallet was excellent, staff was friendly. The block the hotel was on felt very safe, but 3 blocks away there were a lot of homeless people camped on sidewalks and felt not very safe at night."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. Their friendliness and readiness to help was very evident. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was not easy but it was manageable. Only real complaint I have is that the sofa beds are a nightmare. You could feel every spring in the mattress. There is also a urine-like smell in the elevator landing as you enter the fifth floor. It may be time to renovate the property. But like I said, the staff really made the trip memorable. "

"We have stayed at this property many times, but it had been a while since our last visit and we were pleasantly surprised with the new renovations. Everything was very clean, super clean rooms and bathrooms. Happy hour is an added bonus, and the bar area is very nice and comfy with a great bartender. In addition, you do get a full hot breakfast with plenty of options and lots of seating. The staff where all very polite."
