「凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭」

「Servicing staff are very helpful and friendly. I upgraded to Delux room, it is worth and spacious. During the hot season. I can only start outdoor activities after 3pm. Therefore I stay most of the time in the room. Location is excellent, take 3 mins to Soug Waqif station and the market. 」

「I decided to give this hotel another chance and my expectations were exceeded. The service was excellent and staff were very attentive. The complimentary room upgrade with the city view was also a very nice touch. There were very short wait time when I had made a request from the front desk and they were very accommodating towards our needs. 「I give this hotel a 5 to 100 Stars rating very clean convenient personable and yummy breakfast. Malik the front desk manager even gave me extension of my noon check out due to my later flight schedule. Joel the Van driver is very personable and took good care of my trip back to the airport: I stayed 3 days and wish stayed more. Convenient to Souk Waqif and the Pearl of Doha monument. 「This hotel is clean, quiet and well kept. I enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The only downside is they made me wait for house keeping to check my room before I could check out. I didn’t like it but I understand why. 」
