"Everything was good but the lights to the corridors were off. They missed to put a towel and Expedia didn't allow me to add breakfast this was disgusting staff we so nice overall had a great comforterble stay there is no mini mart or anything close by"

"Due to the current political climate the hotel was very quiet, resulting in some of the normal options (swim up bar, restaurant choices) being unavailable… perfectly understandable. But the cost of the stay may not reflect the reduction in facilities and the calibre of the dinner menu, which was ok but not to the level I’d expect from Ritz Carlton."

"I was staying at the hotel during Ramadan, so lunch wasn’t available at the hotel. I ordered a cheeseburger through room service that cost about $15 USD, but it didn’t have any cheese at all, and the beef patty was so overcooked that it was burnt. I ate about half of it, but it was so bitter that I ended up throwing the rest away."

"We had a lovely stay, we had no idea that there was a series of five or six different hotel buildings in this area that they assign you to. But they were also so nice. They even upgraded us to a very large room. It was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing."
