"Our superior family room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable pull out and main bed. Only complaint about the room was there was no conditioner and the shampoo was terrible. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. So many choices!! Overall a great stay. "

"The staff were super nice, and the location is fine in front of the train station. Although the area is dodgy. But what is really bad is that for a 4 star hotel you had to pay extra to get toothbrushes and slippers… 5£ for a pair of slippers…"

"Room was spacious and really clean. Toiletries were lovely and great if you haven’t brought your own. Location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but a 10 min walk away from busier areas. The we encountered were fine, but one lady was clearly training so things were a lot slower. Would have been nice to have the tea and coffee restocked on our second day but we went to reception and they were happy to provide us with extra. "

"Staff were really accommodating and friendly, there was a good amount of games to occupy the children in the communal area, which was vibrant and welcoming. Great music and vibe. Great location with good transport links and restaurants/cafes. A short walk to city centre. Room clean and refreshed daily, although carpet could've been better vacuumed as visibly dusty and pieces of food / hair from previous guests. Great room layout though storage was lacking especially for a family. Would stay again and recommend Moxy."
