Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Nice comfortable rooms and bed. We had a beautiful balcony with a view of an island and the sea and mountain. Nearby and walkable were 2 other good restaurants as well as the restaurant on the property. The pool was small but clean. And the beach was nice as well. "

"Wow. We left two days ago and I am still stressed by our stay there. It was horrible. This is NOT a hotel (I will file a complaint with hotels.com shortly). It is a rental home with no amenities. No shampoo, conditioner, minimal low quality soap, no maid servive, no trash removal, no breakfast for purchase. There is no beach, just rocks and trash. There was one employee who clearly hated us the second we arrived. There were 1M ants everywhere and more mosquitos than there should have been even...
