「Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! 「Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.」

「The staff is very rude. Nisha did not greet us when we walked into the hotel she had us standing there for about 7 minutes before she even acknowledge us. When you ask a question they roll their eyes like you’re bothering them.
The shower head looked like it hasn’t been clean in months it had mold on it.
When it was time to check out the front desk receptionist Nisha once again didn’t greet us but was on her tablet on FaceTime or a livestream. I had to say something to her because we were...
