「Bin schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen. Sehr gute Anbindungen mit S Bahn nach Hamburg. Auto kann kostenfrei in Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ sehr gut und vielfältig. Zimmer geräumig und sauber.」
「Obwohl es auf den ersten Blick in keiner ruhigen Lage liegt was es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das personal hat immer wieder nachgefüllt, lediglich das Rührei hatte eine komische feste Konsistenz.」
「Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden!
Svitens utsikt över Elbe var magisk, och rummet var både fräscht, mysigt och mycket fint inrett. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt...

Nicht perfekt für ältere Menschen da viele steile Treppen durch die Hanglage. Und ein Stückchen zu laufen um ins Zentrum zu kommen.
Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 」

"Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine.
Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone.
