Excellent hotel! Pure luxury + friendly staff

Fantastic hotel - pure luxury, and great location, too. Very nice staff, excellent surroundings. Only downside might be the proximity to the water works (a dam), which MIGHT be a problem if you are very sensitive to sound. Turned out not to be a problem for us, though.

Reception officers.

The hotel reception staff are incompetent, I had a reservation at Bergström Hotel LĂŒneburg, and the staff couldn't find it, but kept talking about the name of the hotel chain, which is strange, because the hotel has more than ten names on the hotel website! Maybe the staff should be trained, and tell the other names too! There should also be clearer name signs in the hotel area, because the hotel is in many different buildings.

Telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption vor Ort vor der Anreise nicht möglich (man landet ggf bei unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern in Berlin. Sauberkeit der Klobrille von unten, die untere Dichtungslippe der Dusche unsĂ€glich!! Gelehrte Flaschen der Minibar werden tagelang nicht entsorgt, die Minibar wurde nicht wieder aufgefĂŒllt!!

Es war wunderschön, das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit seiner Einrichtung und hÀtte besser instand gehalten werden können, aber nichts weltbewegendes was zu sehr gestört hÀtte. Dir Lage und die Umgebung waren jedoch unschlagbar. Die ein oder andere Staubschicht auf Kanten war unschön, auch wenn es in persönlichen Bereichen nicht der Fall war, hat man in öffentlichen Bereichen wohl am Staub Putzen gespart.

Sehr gerĂ€umige Zimmer, grosses Bad, mit Klimaanlage. Lage perfekt, keine 2 Minuten bis in die FussgĂ€ngerzone mit zahlreichen GeschĂ€ften und CafĂ©s/ Restaurants. Direkt am Stint gelegen. Am Wochenende nachts sehr laut draußen, da sich in unmittelbarer NĂ€he Kneipen, Irish Pub etc befinden. Dies aber bereits in vorigen Rezensionen gelesen und darauf eingestellt. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafĂŒr. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bahnhof ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen.

Wir lieben das Bergström mit seinem gediegenen Ambiente und haben schon oft hier ĂŒbernachtet. Da wir uns dieses Mal aufgrund einer Knie Verletzung ein barrierefreies Zimmer gewĂŒnscht hatten, wurden wir im Erdgeschoss in einem recht dunklen Raum ohne den gewohnten schönen Ausblick auf die Ilmenau untergebracht. Das Zimmer war soweit ok, verfĂŒgte jedoch ĂŒber keine einzige intakte Steckdose, die ohne MöbelrĂŒcken oder akrobatisches bĂŒcken zugĂ€nglich gewesen wĂ€re. Erst nach zweimaliger Reklamation lag am letzten Abend eine VerlĂ€ngerungssteckdose auf dem Schreibtisch. Danoch abgesehen fehlen definitiv Steckdosen am Bett. Das Bad war sehr schön und hatte auch einen Haltegriff in der Dusche, was mir das Duschen mit meinem ramponierten Knie sehr erleichtert hat, jedoch gibt es keine Ablage in der Dusche fĂŒr eigenes Shampoo z.b. Trotzdem werden wir wiederkommen, aus familiĂ€ren GrĂŒnden sind wir sehr oft in LĂŒneburg zu Besuch.
