It was dated, but it was clean the staff were nice and accommodating, and everything you would need is walking distance, the only knock I have is the washer and dryer only takes quarters and it’s $6.00 a load…

The patio room was better than the 2nd floor room I stayed in days before. It was cleaner. The pillows are too small and the bed is way too low. And the kitchenette area says there are dishes and utensils but there is nothing there at all. The air conditioner is super noisy. I couldn't sleep well. The noise of it kicking on kept waking me up.

The room was outdated and needed some deep cleaning. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The front desk was not friendly or helpful when I complained about the mold.

It needs a major renovation and the ground floor rooms facing south look directly into the parking lot. I had to keep the drapes closed all the time. When I checked in I believe other rooms were available, and I would have requested a different one. There is also no hot tub. I heard several years ago when I was there that it had a new owner and there were major plans. I didn’t say anything different. For the price (even with resort fees) it wasn’t bad. Just no more ground floor rooms looking directly at parked cars.
