The manager went out of his way to make sure we were happy, (although we had to cancel a night’s stay last minute.) The buffet breakfasts and dinners are sensational! Highly recommend this hotel. "At check-in, we were told our room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after check in time, when I questioned why that was the case for a “5 star” hotel, they miraculously found another room available to give us, figure that! There were plenty of friendly staff, but they were not attentive. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant - good quality and nice food. Overall, I would say “faded glory” in style and character - may not stay again here."
