「Very nice property great location , excellent if traveling with kids they will enjoy all the pools and beach access. Downside is you do have to get your own towels for the room (and the pool) they do have a strict room cleaning service days/ time so if you happen to need anything in between very difficult to get your room serviced. Over all nice property! We did enjoy it」

「First off I drove 18 hours to bring my grand daughter for her 5th birthday. Check in time was at four o’clock the kids water slide that was the main attraction for me closed at five o'clock. All person at the front desk should’ve advised me of this. I wasn’t advised of the 250.00 hold beforehand. The front desk people never once smiled at check in. 「Likes: 15th floor ocean view room was nice. 3rd floor ocean view room was not as nice it had slight ocean view then side of building. (No chance at a room change, all rooms booked per manager) hallways were very dirty. Our patio was always wet because the condensation from the AC drained onto the carpet. We were able to get into one of our two rooms before check-in and that was great. Didn’t get info on things like garbage, checkout, etc on check-in. But they wanted us to visit the time share...
