「Una excelente experiencia en Roma. Más que un hotel, es un bed & breakfast muy agradable y acogedor. La ubicación es ideal: céntrico, a solo unos 15 minutos del Coliseo y rodeado de muy buenos restaurantes. Waseem es un gran anfitrión; incluso llegando a las 11:30 pm nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos dio varios tips muy útiles para disfrutar mejor nuestra estancia en la ciudad. 「There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat.
The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W.」

「I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is outstanding—perfectly situated and very convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It felt super homey, and the host was really nice and thoughtful. 「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass.
I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect.
Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask.
Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...
