「Nossa hospedagem foi perfeita! A acomodação está em um lugar ótimo de Trastevere, silencioso para descansar, foi perfeito pois chegávamos cansados do longo dia andando por Roma e tínhamos ótimos restaurantes por perto. Atendimento excelente da Maria que nos recebeu. Limpeza impecável todos os dias, quarto confortável. Ha pontos de ônibus bem próximos para se deslocar nos pontos turísticos. Recomendo! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (#1 priority for my wife). Breakfast was abundant, with lots of delicious desserts, and they had a couple of gluten free options (prepackaged muffins and Melba toast). No matter what time we had breakfast, there was always lots of everything. The breakfast manager Marina was amazing, very accommodating and nice, we really appreciated her hospitality,...

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...
