「Very clean!」

「This boutique hotel was very charming, with lovely decor! The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Staff were also friendly and the view of the city was wonderful.」

「This was my favorite place to stay so far the whole trip. We have been on the road for 4 weeks. It was cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and thank goodness they had a back way into the hotel. I was on crutches. My husband said it was his favorite also.」

「8 bed dorm was really spacious. Loved the curtains, really made it feel cosy and cocoonlike. Comfy duvet and pillow and CLEAN. Super warm too, really felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially Martin, was really helpful. Would stay again when I’m back in Dunedin.」

「Very nice arrangements to my request (upstairs and quite room). The room is spacious and with comfortable bedding. No kitchen but some nice restaurants nearby. Free parking spaces available. 」

「Reasonably priced and easy access from travelling north into Dunedin. Friendly receptionist. Rooms clean snd comfortable except bed too small as only double.」

「This motel is fantastic, conveniently situated near both the town center and the university. The services are excellent, and while the room decor is somewhat dated, it is very spacious—our room had enough bed space for six. However, the car entry and exit are a bit narrow, so extra caution is needed if you're driving a larger vehicle.」
