「Everything perfect but the towel! The fabric is not right, it does not absorb water. 」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen...

「Stayed for 5 nights, staff are all friendly, excellent room equipment, close to supermarket. The room design feels really great, but relatively wear and tear in kitchen equipments, and the washing machine is broken at my last night」

Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. 」

「House keeping did a wonderful job, room was cleaned and tidy which made our stay really comfortable. However the water temperature for shower was not hot enough. Will be just warm if taking a bath. That’s the only downside need to be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. thank you!」
