"The location was a bit hard to get in and out of. The room was a little bit “worn”with scratches on the wall and a rusted lamp on the bed stand. The TV was tilted to the side on the wall and could not be moved. These are minor and I’m sure there will be some updates in the upcoming months to the rooms as other sleep inns have gone through their updates. But the front desk was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. But for the money, it was pretty good. "

"When we checked in the front counter lady was so helpful and even let me pick what floor I wanted. My dad was saying there as well, and got us as close together as possible. The hotel was super clean and room was very nice. "

"I have stayed at this hotel before without any issues, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely frustrating from start to finish. During my one-night stay, the power in our room went out not once, but twice. The first time it happened, we contacted the front desk and had to wait far longer than expected for someone to respond. When maintenance finally arrived, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they suggested that I had somehow caused the outage, simply because I plugged in the iron. That explanation made no sense and felt dismissive. After the issue was temporarily resolved, it happened again later, which clearly points to a larger electrical problem rather than anything I did. Once again, we were left waiting for assistance. Because of these repeated outages and delays, we ended up missing our dinner reservations, which was incredibly frustrating and put a damper on the entire evening. Overall, this experience was inconvenient, poorly handled, and disappointing—especially given my previous stays. I expected much better in terms of both maintenance response and customer service. I would strongly urge management to address these issues to prevent other guests from dealing with the same situation."
