「The Step House hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Ireland trip! We had a beautiful and spacious room that opened onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub. The staff was wonderful and the extra touches like flowers and prosecco in the room made this the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and start off our trip! We enjoyed the small town of Borris and walking the Railway trail. We hope to...

「This place is absolutely magical! The property is enchanting, the hostess fascinating and the breakfast out of this world! The shepherd’s huts are so charming, I guess you could call it “glamping”? The one thing I would say is that my knees aren’t great and I found the steps to the huts a little tricky, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10! 「Great room and lovely staff」

「Overall experience was nice that the surroundings and leisure club are pretty good. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking. Also the air smells moldy in the corridor downstairs. But the room itself is tidy and clean.」

「Its a little off the beaten path but quite cool.」

「Nice facilities, didn't care for the bunk bed in the room, not very comfortable and a bit claustrophobic.」

「Only thing the restaurant closer at 8pm.」
